About Us

Pope Hunting and Fishing is located in the Appalachian Mountains of North West North Carolina.  We provide guided and unguided hunting trips on over 500,000 acres of local game land and privately owned properties.  With over 25 years of experience we can create custom hunting experiences tailor made for your needs. We can accommodate individuals or groups, game combination trips (fishing, deer, beer, etc), overnight camping trips, youth groups, and more.  We can also do half day or even full day trips as a perfect addition to your Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk vacation.
